Use it for real work — upgrade to Pro only when you need unlimited quotes, cloud sync across devices, shareable quote links, or your logo on PDFs.

• If it's free and you don't take payment fees, how do you make money?

  Fair question — how do I make money if it's free and I don't take a cut of your payments? Simple: I'd rather earn your subscription when QuoteCat's actually worth paying for than nickel-and-dime every payment you collect whether it helped you or not. I only make money if the app actually makes you money. That's the alignment I wanted to build on.

• What about my existing quotes?

  Your quotes are stored locally on your device (free tier) or backed up to the cloud (Pro/Premium). When you upgrade to Pro, we'll automatically migrate all your local quotes to the cloud so you never lose anything.

• Does this work offline?

  Yes! QuoteCat works completely offline. Create quotes, calculate costs, and generate PDFs even without internet. Cloud sync happens automatically when you're back online (Pro tier only).

• Can I use my own pricing?

  100%. Our catalog includes suggested retail prices, but you can override any price. Set your own markup percentages, add overhead, and adjust labor rates. Your pricing, your way.

• Do you offer refunds?

  Yes. If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days, email us and we'll refund you immediately, no questions asked. We're confident you'll love QuoteCat, but we want you to feel safe trying it.

• How do I cancel my subscription?

  You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Your Pro/Premium features will remain active until the end of your billing period. When you cancel, your quotes stay safe in the cloud (read-only) so you never lose your data.
